Shipping Policy

Custom Manufacturing & Production Time

All Hottublids hot tub lids are custom-built to order based on the specifications you provide.
Production and shipping time is approximately 3–4 weeks from the date your order is placed.

  • Production begins shortly after your order is confirmed.

  • Timelines may vary slightly due to order volume, customization, or external factors.

  • Once production has started, orders cannot be modified or canceled.

Shipping Method

  • Orders are shipped using trusted freight or courier services.

  • Shipping costs (if applicable) are calculated at checkout.

  • Delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Delivery Responsibility

Once your order has shipped:

  • Tracking information will be provided when available.

  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details.

  • Hottublids is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or incorrect information.

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery. If there is visible damage, take photos and note it with the carrier before accepting delivery.


Order Cancellations

Because our hot tub lids are custom-made:

  • Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of placement for a full refund only if production has not started.

  • Orders cannot be canceled after 24 hours or once production begins.

Returns Policy

Due to the custom nature of our products:

  • Returns and exchanges are not accepted for change of mind, incorrect measurements provided by the customer, or incompatibility.

  • All sales are final once production has started.


Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

If your hot tub lid arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect due to an error on our part:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

  • Include your order number

  • Provide clear photos showing the issue

Approved claims will be handled according to our 5-Year Warranty Policy and may result in repair, replacement, or refund at our discretion.


Refunds

Approved Refunds

If a refund is approved:

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method

  • Processing time is typically 5–10 business days

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable

Partial Refunds

Partial refunds may be offered for:

  • Minor cosmetic imperfections that do not affect functionality

  • Situations where repair is preferred over replacement

Refund decisions are made at the discretion of Hottublids.
