Production and shipping time is approximately 3–4 weeks from the date your order is placed.
Production begins shortly after your order is confirmed.
Timelines may vary slightly due to order volume, customization, or external factors.
Once production has started, orders cannot be modified or canceled.
Orders are shipped using trusted freight or courier services.
Shipping costs (if applicable) are calculated at checkout.
Delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed.
Once your order has shipped:
Tracking information will be provided when available.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details.
Hottublids is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or incorrect information.
Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery. If there is visible damage, take photos and note it with the carrier before accepting delivery.
Because our hot tub lids are custom-made:
Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of placement for a full refund only if production has not started.
Orders cannot be canceled after 24 hours or once production begins.

Returns and exchanges are not accepted for change of mind, incorrect measurements provided by the customer, or incompatibility.
All sales are final once production has started.
If your hot tub lid arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect due to an error on our part:
