Warranty Policy


At Hottublids, we take pride in the quality of our hot tub lids and stand behind the materials and craftsmanship in every product we make. We want you to be confident that your new Hottublids cover will perform as expected and be free from material and workmanship defects under normal use for years to come.

3-Year Warranty Coverage

Hottublids warrants that your hot tub lid will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of five (3) years (36 months) from the date of delivery to the original purchaser. During this warranty period, Hottublids will, at our discretion, repair or replace any lid found to be defective, subject to the terms, conditions, and exclusions described below.

This warranty reflects our confidence in the quality of our lids and the high standards we maintain in manufacturing.

What Is Covered

Under this warranty, Hottublids will:

  • Repair or replace the defective lid or part, at our option.

  • Provide parts or workmanship required to restore the lid to serviceable condition.

  • Assist with claims submitted within the warranty period with appropriate proof of purchase.

Warranty Terms by Year

  • Year 1: Full coverage — materials and workmanship defects will be repaired or replaced at no charge, including standard shipping.

  • Years 2–3: Pro-rated coverage — materials and workmanship defects will be repaired or replaced, but the customer may be responsible for a portion of shipping or replacement cost based on the age of the product.

What Is Not Covered

This warranty does not cover damage or defects resulting from:

  • Accidents, misuse, abuse, or neglect

  • Improper installation or strain

  • Normal wear and tear (e.g., fading, seam wear)

  • Damage caused by animals, vandalism, or acts of nature

  • Alterations or modifications not authorized by Hottublids

  • Removal or defacing of the product label or serial number

Any damage caused by improper use or putting excessive weight on the lid (e.g., walking or standing on it) is not considered a manufacturing defect.

How to Submit a Warranty Claim

To file a warranty claim, please contact our customer support team with the following information:

  1. Proof of purchase (order number or receipt)

  2. A description of the defect or issue

  3. Clear photographs showing the defect and affected areas

Important Warranty Details

  • This warranty is non-transferable and is extended only to the original purchaser.

  • Hottublids may require inspection of the damaged lid to determine eligibility for coverage.

  • Replacement parts or lids are warranted only for the remainder of the original warranty period.

  • Hottublids’ liability under this warranty is limited to the repair or replacement of the defective product and does not cover incidental or consequential damages.
